What do you get for doing a catalog party?

As a person doing a catalog party you will receive hostess credits like you would as if you hosted a at home party. The credit chart is listed on page 110 of the catalog.
I personally do two extra things for catalog parties’ because the people are not able to play the games and win prizes that we do at a home party. Along with hostess credits the person doing the catalog party will receive a FYP goodie bag from me. One of their ordering people will also be selected to receive a FYP goodie bag.
**This is dependent on it being a qualified party ($150 in sales or more)**

How do you do a catalog party?

Sharing your copy of the catalog with your friends and family is how you do a catalog party. Some people are not comfortable attending or hosting a home party or just does not have the time. This is a great way to earn free products with out having to plan an actual physical party. However you can use a catalog party to boost sales for your up coming home party! With a Home party you and I would discus a day you we would close the party. This means that all orders and payments must be given to me on that day so that all items can be order and shipped.

How do I fill out the orders and keep them confidential?

Even though people may say they do not mind if others know what they order it is important that all orders are kept confidential! I will provide you with order sheets and tell you how they are to be filled out. Allow you friends and family to fill these out and place them along with their payment into an envelope that can be sealed.
If at any time you or them have a question I will be available just call or email me. I will answer questions about products, taxes, how to fill things out or just general inquiries.
Shipping charges are a flat rate. The customer pays 8.95 for shipping to their house (or where ever they need it shipped to) or 5.95 to the Hostess house. Your home or designated shipping area would be the hostess place. I will talk more about the shipping soon. Taxes are based on the town the items are being shipped to.

Where and when will the items be shipped?

Items can be shipped to the designated Hostess/Host shipping address or to the person’s individual location. Shipments will come UPS so they cannot go to a P.O. Box. All shipments are shipped discreetly! Don’t worry no big box is going to be on your doorstep that say sex toys! When items are shipped to the hostess location they will be sent together but packaged separately with just the customers name. They do not have to worry about you seeing what they ordered. Any items shipped to the Hostess location you will be responsible to getting to them in a timely manor. Items will arrive 1-2 weeks after the party is submitted. (I will provide package tracking dates and info if you would like)

How are people allowed to pay?

People are allowed to pay with Cash, Check, money order or credit card. If paying with Check or money order it must be made out to me, Jennifer Day. As for a credit card they MUST sign the order form and provide the code from the back of the card. Any one paying with check must know that there will be $25.00 bounced check fee (plus any added fees their bank charges me) on any returned checks!!

How will I know what my credits earned are if the orders are confidential?

The most important thing for you to do is fill out your wish list. This will be the items you would like to order. (Include at least one Hostess exclusive). When you provide me with the orders I will double check all payments and orders and be able to tell you exactly what your hostess credits are and what specials you qualify for. I could go over this over the phone with you or in person. This way we can go over your order and if there are any items you are purchasing out side of your free products I can give you your exact total.

Can I get booking credits for catalog parties?

YES!! If any of the people who order from you indicate that they would like to do a home party or a catalog party you DO receive booking credits. Booking credits are also outlined on page 110 of the catalog. All parties must be held with in 6 months of the original party and be qualifying in nature ($150 in sales or more) Each booking credit can be redeemed separately or held till all bookings are completed (holding them cuts done on shipping cost as when done individual they have separate shipping) You also can get credit for booking your own party! If you hold a second party in 6 months that counts as one of your booking credits!!

Do catalog parties have the same benefits as home parties?

YES!! You are eligible for all the same credits and specials as a home party. The only difference is you do not have the physical gathering where I provide items for you and your guest to feel, touch, taste and learn. I will however, be reachable for all your friends and family to answer any questions!! Home Parties are ALOT of fun and I recommend hosting or attending one if ever possible, (I do have many that are open invites) but you do not have to have one to earn free products! I will also provide you will items I give home party hostesses to boost your sales, such as the hostess raffle. Even non-ordering guest can participate in the raffle! You get a sheet of 50 boxes; each box is $2.00 however much is raised is then raffled off as a shopping spree! The amount from the raffle is also credited to you, as the hostess, as retail credit so it has a major boost to your hostess credits! In each box they purchase you just put their name and phone number. Please keep raffle money separate from order money, as it is not taxed!
